Great work environment where the majority of the peers are happy with their jobs and enjoy the work they do. Most people are smart and nice to deal with.
My manager was awesome. Upper Management was approachable and nice. Most of my peers were friendly. The work was challenging and diverse. There were problems to solve and plenty of talented people to solve them. The company had done a good job raising the bar with whom they hired.
Cons
The company was growing and changing. This was challenging for some while others embraced it.
