The team here is truly exceptional—everyone is highly experienced and always happy to help others learn and grow within the company. The internal network is incredible, allowing team members to connect with anyone in the crypto space easily. Most importantly, everyone is remarkably effective and always achieves goals and deadlines, making it an inspiring place to work.

Cons

There are very few cons, but the pace can be fast and expectations are high. However, this environment pushes you to grow and develop professionally every single day.
