Pros
Surprise Solutions provides best space to learn & equip oneself with the latest booming technologies. Surprise Solutions gave me excellent exposure to update my learning in my chosen field Software Testing. I have worked only for an year, but Surprise Solutions gives me confidence to compete with my other competitors who have around 3 years of experience.

Nothing really.But anyway there should be soft skills training for fresh recruits to improve their attitude and communication
