      Pros

      Remote working, lots of freedom, great comms structure, amazing accelerator commission rates if you go over target (which is achievable), great company benefits, lots of tools in the tech stack, good product, a culture of employee health and well-being

      Cons

      Australia is a satellite operation. This has its benefits depending on your personality/work type - lots and lots of freedom for self starters - but it also means that it can take a business day or two to get an answer to a question when you need it.

      Name it, we are top of our game. Very inclusive, very forward thinking, great attention to detail, everyone is on the same boat and same mission!

      Great culture. Fast paced. Amazing forecast. Top level management listen to what you have to say. Everyone is keen to learn and improve

      Product could be improved faster. The team are doing amazing work fast, but might need more developers.
