      - Lots of opportunities / responsibilities (especially coming out of college) - Incredible pool of talents and amazing creatives to work with - Learned a lot about the fashion industry, gained some much experience in a short period of time, and made some strong professional relationships Cherish this experience forever!

      Met so many amazing talented women!!!!! Learned a lot about the fashion industry/media/influencers Strong branding, looks good on instagram Culty Very New York niche fashion

      Unorganized Not very professional Bad communication Many lawsuits from former employees Interns were unpaid and their growth was not a top priority

      casual environment with creative coworkers

      Cons

      completely disorganized. the owner is a chaotic mess, she exploits a young staff of unpaid interns, and exploits immigrant and POC labor for production. very unprofessional, you're paid minimum wage and expected to be in constant contact even after work hours. roles are not defined well, she uses your skills and talents without compensating you properly
