Good benefits. Part of the Sutter system so transfers are available
Cons
Too many chiefs (litteraly!). Reorganizations too often. Managers are in fear of CEO.

Pros
SutterConnect is a company that shows appreciation to their employees. There are various departments within Sutter,which mean, career opportunities and plenty of room for growth. With low-cost Medical/Dental/Vision and many other compensations, SutterConnect is a great place to work and they really care about you.
Cons
Not receiving new/updated information required to do your job effectively. Or the information is not running concurrent or in sync with others. This can be, at times, quite frustrating>>>not having the same updated information//guidelines or resources to work effectively.
