      Research work is good, techniques and practices need improvement More exposure to admin and management work (Pro and a con at times)

      Management is very fickle, considering it is a start-up Value to employee decreases over time Benefits and hikes are only discussed, rarely implemented

      Learnt a lot from this start-up in the short period of time I had worked there.

      Cons

      Management expects extraordinary work capabilities with a less pay. Absolutely devoid of any sort of work ethics or moral code.
