Pros
80 year old company that many days feels like an exciting start-up. Growing company of smart, dedicated employees; many have been with ST for 10-20 years. I've never seen such loyalty or tenure in the floor-covering industry. Family oriented company that provides a good work-life balance, excellent compensation and benefits, and a fun culture.
Cons
Given the lengthy tenure of some, changes/improvements in systems/processes may not happen fast enough for those new to ST.
