A laid-back culture, friendly and caring colleagues. The people are genuine, and the company values allowing its workers to live their lives. I liked everyone I worked with and felt like my interests and values were respected by the company.

Cons

Given the state of the print media landscape, the company has had to restructure and adapt. Worse, the industry is not very resilient to economic shocks. Layoffs are fairly frequent, and upward mobility is limited. Low pay ceiling.

Swift is run by some of the most authentic and fun people I have ever had the pleasure of working with. People start working for Swift for a variety of reasons, but they stay because of their colleagues.

Cons

Swift runs different markets that have different workflows, so cooperation among markets could use some improvement.
