I was with this company for 5+ years and was able to be given new challenges in which my insight and knowledge into the company were always considered an asset. My work was always appreciated and I worked with some stellar people. I was given insight into IT business that helped me gain an understanding of the business needs a managed service provider provides that I was able to take into my current role for a Fortune 50 company.

Cons

Ping pong tournaments losing focus.

Pros

This company truly cares about you as a person and not just as an employee. There is a strong values system and everyone is eager to support each other.

Cons

There is some on-call duty, but that is pretty standard for this industry. Health insurance, though provided, can still be a bit pricey. You are given multiple plan options though.
