Pros

Competitive salary. Great exercise. You're able to communicate and share photos with fellow walkers during the day through an app. Hours are flexible. You get to spend your day with dogs. Management cares about the team. Decent benefits. More importantly, you get to spend your day with dogs.

Cons

Sometimes you're so busy that you don't have time to eat.

Pros

Super flexible scheduling, friendly and approachable staff, you feel like you’re part of a special team

Cons

An easier way to submit mileage reimbursement would help, but the fact there even is mileage reimbursement is already amazing. Such an awesome company.

Pros

Flexible schedule, responsive supervisors, great training, tips from clients, lots of exercise, and all the great pets! You're a W2 employee vs subcontractor and that offers a lot of benefits such as workers comp and unemployment. During the covid shutdown we were all eligible for unemployment and HR helped us apply while contract walkers had a much harder time. I've worked for 2 other Dog walking/Boarding companies and Swooft was the most professional of them all!

Cons

Weather, some long days, poop
