It's a great group of people to work with. If you ever have ideas of how to help make things better, they are listened to. There are opportunities to work up the ladder and training on offer.

Swoop is truly a great place to work, amazing culture, everyone is so lovely and kind, I never had co workers who I actually liked so much. Flexible and understanding managers, very open to WFH and travel while working what is very cool. Good policies for holiday and sick leave, always felt respected as a person and employee at Swoop. Also really amazing to work for a company who wants to make a difference regarding the environment.
Cons
I honestly can’t think of anything major. It is a small company (even tho is has been growing fast) so the jobs can be actually fast paced and diverse.
