Pros
The Sydecar team is comprised of true salt-of-the-earth humans. The team’s blend of authenticity and sharp insight creates a strong foundation for continued growth and success. Value alignment is the north star that the company lives by and I respect that immensely.
Cons
Typical growing pains of a startup. Its not a fit for everyone. Personally, I prefer startup over corporate culture any day.

Pros
I've worked for half a dozen startups in my career. Sydecar is one of the best startups I've worked with. Sydecar has a values based culture that is driven by the top. The leaders are empathetic and driven. They know what they're doing and are capable of leading the team without being tyrannical. Strong benefits for a company at this stage (401k match after Series A is super rare).
Cons
It has the standard startup uncertainty. Lots of new processes or things that the company still needs to figure out. Hybrid culture, so you have to want to work on-site part of the time.
