      - Great vibe in the company with a real togetherness you don't find in a lot of places - Very clear direction from the board and senior management regarding targets - The people are fantastic, a great combination of positive, helpful and talented individuals - Clearly doing some of the right things with some very impressive big customer wins in the past year - People focused with some really helpful things done for staff during the cost of living challenges

      Cons

      - Organsation still growing so the benefits package is still playing catch up a little but they are working on this
