No nonsense Professional Company to learn with
Pros
This is my third company in a similar role in last 6 years. Although the size of the company is very small as compared to the previous ones but everything about the work culture and ethics is super professional. If you are here for work, learning and growth, you will find everything. Serving European clients can be tricky due to ultra professional nature of the clients but that is part of the work and lets you learn a lot. Management is easily reachable and helpful when needed. Some unorthodox leave structure which initially sounded weird but got to know the idea behind it where everyone is free to use the extra paid leaves as per their choice rather than staying at work on regional holidays.
Cons
As of now nothing and I don't think until I concentrate on work I will find anything.
