The people working at SynTech Research Group are extremely talented and experience. Their work ethic is great and I have a very open dynamic with my superiors to share my opinions.

Cons

The organization is a bit messy, after mergers and acquisitions they need a clear organigram. Also, they do not prioritize supportive roles like IT, HR, Communications and Marketing, Finance...

SynTech research laboratories had a friendly environmental with supportive coworkers and, depending on what group you worked for, a flexible schedule.

Cons

Salary depended on what position you started in. If promoted the raise was very minimal and less than average for the new position. Very limited room for advancement or cross training.
