i found good processes here. in fact i can say that best processes in the industry. company is very strict towards the processes and keep everyone on toes for processes. you will be monitored perfectly in this company. no chance to do anything wrong here. managers are well trained and management is such that it can beat even microsoft and a google company. amazing energy and awesome attitude towards work. focus is totally on work , deliveries, client satisfaction. client satisfaction and employee satisfaction is on priority in this office. i got everything there because i was always fair while working there. hats off to everyone in synapseindia.

it has better colleagues than my previous offices. colleagues are very helpful and go with me for lunch and breakfast also. these people have reminded me of my school time. there are games in company like table tenis and carrom board. we can go anytime for games. free environment. there is going to be a match now for which i am waiting eagerly. i wanna win this match because office will give a great gift which i know. just found my dream company.
