      Everyone is super friendly and willing to work with you Growing company with opportunities for employee growth

      Cons

      Occasional overtime Work comes in waves, so time management only gets you so far. One boring day with nothing to do can be followed by a hectic day you can't get everything done mediocre pay

      Pros

      The people in SYNEO are some of the best you will ever work with. There are some imperfections with any growing organization but the company itself is almost 100% jerk free, which is great.

      Cons

      With rapid growth comes challenges. Mistakes will be made of course. I hope very much that the core SYNEO values propagate throughout the new organizations that are being acquired and those values become stronger and more entrenched.
