Pros
Synerg is a small but dynamic company where you get end-to-end exposure in the clothing manufacturing process. I've learned a lot about working with international buyers and building quality systems, Management trusts employees, and I get a lot of ownership in my role.
Cons
Resources can feel stretched since it's a lean team. Sometimes you have to wear multiple hats, but that has also helped me grow
