for this job market with so many layoffs and everything in shambles them able to get me a salary north of $100k is a miracle. I doubted them, I doubted myself and I doubted everything till everything materialized. Ashish told me belief is important to achieve anything and now I know why. More than just projects, more than marketing these guys are just bluntly honest and you can trust them. My regreat I did not and came after getting manipulated by a bootcamp and wasting 10 months looking for a Job and getting nothing. Should have joined them in the first go.

I have had a job for over 5 months and I came here to post a review for Synergisticit as they deserved it. I did good exhaustive work while with them which has made me very confident when I am working as I am more knowledgeable than most of my colleagues and they ask me questions which makes me feel good. My background my major was Information technology, and I wanted to get into data science. I had researched bootcamps as I was not getting any interviews on my own and someone suggested me bootcamps. I google and found hackreactor, flatiron, springboard, Triple ten , fulstack academy also found revature fdm group. I had received emails from synergisticit also. What made me lean towards them was their marketing support and another fact that their sessions was live and not recorded and self paced like most other places and their coverage of topics was more wider and indepth than any of the others . Key point was none of the other places offered marketing and interview help. Revature and fdm offered jobs but I had heard stories of people getting kicked off randomly, placed into remote places and being paid low salaries. Synergisticit was overall more expensive than other bootcamps but they had better performance in terms of salaries achieved and they were the only place which could show me photographs of their alumni and job offers and that too a large number. Took me 6 months to complete and another 3 months to get a job offer. I actually was able to get 2 but took the one in new york as that allowed me to work remotely. My compensation is north of 110k which is not too shabby for someone not able to secure a single offer. How may interviews it took. 15 OA, 7 interviews and maybe 10 screenings . Bad market not so bad anymore.
