There are still some processes that need time to stabilise after the management transition. A few policies are still evolving, so sometimes expectations shift.
HR is not your friend. You will not grow with the creative director there, not a mentor. Expect calls at 11pm because of disorganization.
People are disposable here, they do not see the value in someone's work. Don't expect promotion, benefits or a raise.
