Great pay and great atmosphere. Staff is courteous and nice. Office location very nice and in a great location.

Cons

Sometimes the projects can vary in length. Some projects last up to 4 months, some project last a mere couple days. Also, sometimes the documents take a long time to load into the database.

Synergy legal professionals serves as a great segway into the legal workforce. The company offers great temporary employment as you attempt to secure a permanent legal position.

Cons

The only downfall about working for Synergy legal professionals is that the contract duration isn't certain. You may be prepared to work for three weeks, but learn after week one that the contract is complete.
