Fantastic place to work with lots of opportunities

Pros

Synergy Medical gave me the opportunity to grow and develop from a Medical Writer to a Scientific Director over 5 years at the company. The Managing Directors are both fantastic strong people, who care about their staff. The work is varied and interesting, people are smart and dedicated and the parties are both heartwarming and wild. I can only recommend it.

Cons

I left because Synergy became too large for my personal preference in terms of a working environment. However, for the right person, this would just provide the opportunity for growth and leadership within the HealthCare Group.

Pros

Great progression opportunities and fantastic culture. First job out of university and a lovely environment to be exposed to as a first experience in the medical communications industry. Excellent management teams and support throughout. The people here are what makes it!

Cons

The workload can be high as expected with medical communications, but whilst I was here the advice from management was always to promote work-life balance and so this was never a stressful experience.

A company where you truly feel welcomed, valued and trusted - exemplified by the staff from top to bottom. Offers fantastic opportunity to work on various projects, great for personal and professional development. An overall brilliant company to work for!

Cons

Agency work can be quite taxing, working longer hours when times become busy. With that said the company were great at supporting staff in managing their work life balance.
