      Half Day Work From Home Fridays ALL YEAR ROUND!! Great resources for those wanting to get their EIT, PE, maintain your PE. Also good bonus incentives to obtain PE as well as other licenses and certifications. I love how technical forward this company is. They truly value knowledge and technical skills while also providing a great work-life balance. Employees at the company regardless of office are always willing to help with their senior knowledge.

      Would prefer more engineers to get hired as many projects are coming in.
