Pros
1. Working in a start-up environment like SYUM you will learn a lot and explore a lot of technologies. 2. Initially Training is provided when you join as an Intern and later on based on your performance you will be assigned to a live project. 3. The best part is you need to handle and solve the problems on your own off-course seniors are there to help but first, you need to try on your own. 4. The best thing about SYUM is Flexible Timing and you don't have to sit for long hours not only in SYUM but in this analytics field (Personal Opinion). 5. You will get a lot to learn
Cons
1. Alternate Saturdays are off it would be great if all Saturdays are kept off to spend some time with family and friends. 2.If salary can be paid a little higher than it is right now for full-time as well as for Interns.
