Great benefits (best insurance policies, profit sharing, bonuses, etc), nice people, relaxed environment and flexible work schedule.
Cons
Promotions are rare as T3 is a small company but good performance is reflected on annual salary raises and cash bonuses.

This is a company where people have opportunities to grow personally and professionally. The atmosphere is of collaboration and trust. Innovation and creativity are characteristics that are valued.
Cons
This is a small company - do not compare it with a large one. The processes and procedures are flexible. This is a con only if one expects a rigid environment.
