Pros
Plenty of pros and I wouldn't be able to list them all but joining TAINA was the best career move I could've taken. The company is always trying to do the right thing for customers, employees etc. As employees we are encouraged to take ownership and work individually but there's always someone we can ask for help and people are very open, which naturally leads to a great team work effort. I don't feel micro-managed but also don't feel like I'm left alone. The culture is a very important aspect at TAINA, I've never worked for a company that prioritised culture and its values as much as TAINA does - it feels incredible. I also feel like there's perfect work/life balance, the senior management is very understanding and allows me to be flexible whilst trusting that I'll get all the work done, which I do. Overall, absolutely phenomenal.
