Pros
Office space is very nice and right in downtown OKC. Indoor parking on site. Design opportunities are available but the clients aren't always open minded.
Cons
Small firm, doesn't seem to have a focused market sector(S). Design quality of work not great. Seem to lose talented staff often - office culture unexciting. Management is uneven - one of the partners wants to be a developer and the other just wants to fish - will disappear for a month on a fishing trip. Poor technology - if you need a current version of a standard program you'll have to bring in a pirated version or design something in PowerPoint. The partners don't seem to be interested in advancing technology.
