Pros
I have worked at TCY for 2.5 years as a Research Executive. And it was such a beautiful journey, working with so many brilliant minds. The best part was the super-supportive, yet demanding managers. They would leave no stone unturned to bring the best out of you and this is when you would realise your potential. On the top of this new ideas were always welcome. The management was always ready to implement the creative ideas. This inculcated a sense of responsibility and belongingness. The learning curve went higher and higher each day. The concept of the products launched by TCY has always been amazing ... one of the best educational platforms of India.
Cons
It wasn't at the same place as my home town ... though I ran away every weekend :P
