      Pros

      They really care about their employees. there are opportunities to move up within the company. There is not a lot of employee turnover.

      Cons

      None really. The work is fun and the other employees are a joy to work with.

      Good little company struggling in the Ag market.

      Great people that really care about getting the job done right and the customer taken care of.

      Cons

      Senior management is eroding the atmosphere and the togetherness that once existed. Long time employees are moving on due to the change. Morale is not great.
