Coworkers are good people, pay is good and foreman are knowledgeable. You will be working in different parts of new construction and you will learn plenty
I like the people and the work.
I get to do things at a higher level than the other guys at school at different companies.
I get to do about anything but other compines stick people in a job where they only do one thing like floor boxes forever.
I like that there is no residential work, minimal out of town work and very little earthwork. Most of the other people that work there are easy to get along with.
Cons
Being an electrician is not a very good occupational choice at this time. Unemployment rates are very high 20-40% so you need to take any work you can get.
