      It was a great experience for me. It’s a kind of startup with a very clear BM and with a lot of research involved.

      Pros

      The company is relatively new( around 10 years), a successful environmental startup I would say. The people are young , nice and think out of the box. The owners are gamechangers. And there is quite a lot of freedom for the employees in decisionmaking. I think the learning curve is enormous. Most of the employees come direct from the last year of the Uni and very soon (3-5 years) they become responsible for different important projects. We do a lot of retreats and events and teambuilding. The retreats are very cool.

      Cons

      Nevertheless the biggest institutional investor ( an AG involved in waste management ) is big and pressing for profit. A lot of the communication from the happenings between the small and the big is not shared with all.

      Good benefits for employees and they also offer a great pto plan for new employees

      There are no cons. I loved this position and would be happy to go back to this company.
