- Great support from my local team and the wider business for my APC training. - Incredible APC pass rate. - Good access to structured training. - Exposure to a range of high-profile clients and projects. - Good salary and the business rewards hard work. - Graduate days every 6 months with meaningful presentations.
Cons
- Genuinly none as a graduate. I got everything I wanted from the role at that point of my career.
