      I have had a great experience working at THMED. Great leadership, opportunity and ability to grow within organization.

      Recruiting is never easy. Have to be willing to work hard to see the benefits. Not necessarily a con, just something to keep in mind.

      Competitive But Rewarding!

      The people are probably the biggest pro. While transitioning into this role from a different business, everyone guided me and helped me in any way I needed to be able to perform successfully. The assistance to learning the business shows that they want people to be successful and stay long term!
