Pros
President is very easy going. Has high hiring standards. Most of everyone here is extremely talented. Work here if you want to be surrounded by the smartest people around. Renewable energy areas are very interesting and relevant, so the mission is great.
Cons
There really aren't any. Much better place to work than most companies.
