It’s an environment that encourages you to lean into your unique strengths and contribute where you can make the most impact.

      Cons

      The pace and agility required mean you must have a deep personal stake in your work. You can't get away with "coasting" at TIFIN. Because the business landscape is constantly shifting, you have to be highly adaptable and willing to embrace new roles and responsibilities. To succeed here, you must wear multiple hats at once and be hungry to try new things.
