Pros

Small company feel, with benefits of a big parent company

Cons

Limited advancement opportunities, due to flat org chart. Location, in the valley, makes it challenging to attract top talent.

Pros

Overall great for office experience in a financial firm servicing national accounts. You will be trained 1-on-1 for whatever position you apply for. All departments are very much a team environment and schedules are available to suit early birds who like to get out of work at 3pm. Mon-Friday, occasional overtime. Accrued PTO + holidays and BDays off in addition to a Mandatory 5 day sabbatical annually(paid). Health, Dental, Vision and 401k available after 90 days. This place is what you make it.. definitely not for the lazy type. Great platform for persons seeking to move on to large firms in the financial industry.

Cons

Depending on the individual person & position, your work/production may be interrupted at times by seemingly unnecessary interference's like mandatory Birthday celebrations at 2pm on a Thursday and occasional but redundant meetings in peak hours.
