-The owners and management are very encouraging and proactive with their employees -Fun company appreciation events/party, such as renting a private theater room for Star Wars movie. - Any issues or concerns are generally solved right away - Working with like-minded and creative people - Room for advancement
Cons
- Some days can be stressful, and lack of communications within team or management (but it's typical in any customer service/office workplace)
