Pros

I was an intern at TL, where I learned the beauty industry and loved every second of it. The onboarding process was very hands on for a fully-remote job and everyone was also so willing to answer any questions that I had while I was training under them. This company gave me the experience that I needed to succeed in a full-time role!

long hours and no overtime, cattiness, no Human Resources department, no company structure, uninvolved owner, barely any vacation time, management is a joke

Cons

COO, CEO, VP are all awful people. The company is founded on and run on a basis of intimidation and fear.
