The office staff really gets to know you and you become like family. They fight for you adn are very understanding about your personal problems but still expect professionalism.
Cons
I don't think this is a con, but you must prove yourself to them with in 90 days. they are strict and only want the best, so as long as you work hard for them you should have no problems
