Pros

Great people to work with and work for. There were Fun incentives and lots of travel. I enjoyed my time at TLK Group.

Cons

In my experience at TLK Group, I really did not have any negative experiences other than the occasional repetitiveness of my position. However, that was to be expected in my industry.

When I worked here there was plenty of room for advancement. They were very understanding of my need to leave and hired me upon my return as agreed. Loved this job!

Great Culture for Training and Development. Great Executive Leadership. Fun environment! Company really cares about its employees. Multiple opportunities throughout department(s). Multiple centers outside of Virginia allowing relocation and or participation in projects outside of state (travel) Competitive compensation!
