Strong support for career growth

Pros

I’ve been with TMC for almost 18 years. I have had the opportunity to work in various roles. TMC supports career growth through leadership training, promoting from within and cares about their employees.

Cons

No company is perfect as it is a business at the end of the day. Would be great if PTO accrual continued to increase above 16 years and did not level off.

Pros

Supportive leadership, strong company culture, and excellent opportunities for growth and learning. I have been with the company since 2011 and have continued to grows in ways I never knew possible as a PTA; expanding my knowledge and skillset in my role. The organization truly values its employees and provides ongoing support, even the fast-paced industry setting. I feel valued and supported within my role and my team.

Cons

No specific cons to TMC, but more based on the ever changing industry changes can be a challenge. Even through that the support from the leadership and team members helps makes things more manageable.
