      Pros

      Great management — super supportive and easy to work with. Really enjoy the work environment, it’s a great place to be. The benefits are solid and definitely appreciated. One thing I really like is how open and approachable the board of directors is, easy to talk to and genuinely listen.

      Cons

      There aren’t a lot of vacation days and the location is a bit far.
