Pros
Now that TPG is privately owned (previously owned by Omnicom) the company has grasped the fiscal responsibilities head on and has positioned TPG Direct on a successful path for years to come. The working atmosphere is excellent and I really enjoy working with this great team of marketing professionals.
Cons
The hours can be long at times but that is to be expected for an Advertising Agency.
