Hunter and the entire TREND family work hard to make everyone feel welcomed and heard. What I loved about working there was being able to collaborate with the senior staff on creative ideas to help elevate the clients and company overall. TREND is a company that is always open to new ideas so it was refreshing to be part of a team who supports creativity and passion. Working here was wonderful and really helped me grow as a professional in my music industry.

I worked at Trend for three years and had an amazing experience while being on this team. I was hired as an intern, this extended into a part-time as an assistant and was later on hired as part of the full-time staff as a social media manager. Working at Trend provided me with the opportunity to really grow as a professional in marketing and PR and I consider myself fortunate to have learned from Hunter and his senior team during that time. It's cliche to say but I found that working at Trend was an experience where you get out as much as you put into it. Hard work and dedication doesn't go unnoticed and in my experience, allowed me to grow and thrive within the field. Hunter is an amazing leader with ambitious vision and one of the core features in his abilities I admired most is that he listens to his staff. He's fair and always works to ensure he's shaping a work environment that is fun and productive. In any work environment, you can see how the employer's values shape the company culture and Hunter led by example as he demonstrated a passion for diversity and equity within the company's core values. When I was ready to begin the next chapter in my career, Hunter was supportive and an amazing resource because he truly cares about growth for his staff. Working at Trend PR really helped me launch my career and I have so much gratitude that this company invests in its staff. The pay and compensation was competitive within the field and they care about maintaining a healthy work/life balance which is very hard to find. I highly recommend working at Trend PR and with their amazing team.
