Learn how to manage a team, a lot of travel, great mentorship program and how to manage a business. This is great for anyone who is looking to get management, leadership and direct marketing experience.
Cons
No cons, if your into a fast paced and customer service environment then this is great for you

Pros
I had tons of fun working at TS promotions. I learned so much about marketing and the psychology behind the consumer mindset. I also got to travel which I really enjoyed. CEO was always very helpful when I needed advice and took time to meet with me outside the office. In the few months I had the opportunity to work there, I became so much stronger in the business world.
Cons
It is definitely hard work. Not the type of position where you get away with the bare minimum. Unfortunately, some issues in my family caused me to have to leave the company and it's not the type of job you can be in half way. As much as I enjoyed traveling it wan't a good fit for me at this time but I'm hoping to re-join the team in the future.
