Thank you for taking the time to share this — and for the kind words about the team and culture. Hearing that the collaborative spirit comes through means a lot; it's something we genuinely work to protect as we grow. On benefits: we appreciate the honest feedback. It's something we continue to look at, and input like yours helps inform those conversations. If you ever want to share specifics, we're always open to hearing more. Glad to have you on the team.

Pros

Cons

Fast-paced environment can feel demanding at times, but for those who want a challenge not truly a con

Thank you for this — three-plus years in and still recommending us means a lot, especially coming from someone in the field who sees both the product and the culture up close every day. The point about colleagues being the most experienced in the CPQ space is something we hear often, and it's no accident — we've worked hard to build a team where that expertise compounds over time. And we'd agree on the "con": the pace comes with the territory when you're building something genuinely differentiated. Glad it reads as a challenge worth taking on rather than a drawback. Thanks for being part of the team in Chicago.

Thank you for sharing this so early in your time with us — it's genuinely encouraging to hear that the onboarding, the culture, and the team in Chicago have felt welcoming from day one. On the cons: they're honest and fair. Cross-team visibility and evolving processes are real parts of life at a growing company, and we'd rather acknowledge that than pretend otherwise. The pace of ramp-up is something we keep working to improve, and feedback like yours helps us do that. Welcome to the team — looking forward to seeing where the next year takes you.
