I started a few days ago to work in Talent Link, at first I was not very sure since I had never worked in something similar before, but the truth is that they have made me feel very comfortable and have helped me a lot to strengthen my confidence, the team of work is fantastic and have always been very aware of me to make me feel good. I feel very happy to have the opportunity to be part of this team
Cons
The schedule is a bit difficult for me because I'm a mom, although they have helped me adapt it so I can work here

Pros
Training by the company to learn how to develop and manage a company, if you work hard you have a great opportunity to direct your future. They put all the tools and the only thing that you have to put is the mentality and the desire to work.
Cons
the training process sometimes gets pretty hard.
