Great company who appreciates innovative thinking and sharing ideas. Small size allows for your voice to be heard and to work directly with senior leadership expressing concerns and ideas. Opportunity to work from home and have career growth.

Cons

For the size of the company I think they are doing all they can to be a great place to work.
