      Pros

      I have been at TalentBin for 1/2 a year now. We have a small but mighty sales team that fosters a culture of integrity, hard work, and no excuses. This is my first Full-time job and there is a lot of opportunity to develop your career here. Everyone who no longer who with the company goes on to do great things! The only way is up from here!

      Cons

      "Baptism by fire." My onboarding process was fast and a lot of my training was rushed. I came in with a sales background and could quickly accommodate however, all the mistakes made in the beginning could've been avoided with quality training.
